      Hey Dawn! Larabars are generally pretty high in sugar (for a snack) and insufficient in protein. Although they do provide good healthy fats and some micro-nutrients. They taste great and will provide some benefit while you’re on the go, just eat a little protein along with it to help balance out that snack. Remember a snack is just a small meal. Also, a lot of the Larabars also have added, refined sugar- stay away from that if possible. Hope that helps!
